Shipping Information

Orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday, Friday via Priority US Postal Service (2-5 days in transit) for affordable and quick delivery. Upgrade to Express delivery (2 days in transit guaranteed) for the quickest and most reliable delivery of our perishable henna products, RECOMMENDED FOR PASTE.

Our goal is to ship every order within 2 business days, though this is not alway possible, we try our best! If you require expedited delivery please email us your deadline and add Express Mail Delivery to your order. Shipping rates on the web site are approximate. The shipping fees may be adjusted depending on the weight, distance, and type of delivery required. You will receive an invoice or refund for any difference.

Fresh mixed PASTE: We recommend upgrading to Express Mail US Postal Service to preserve freshness and prompt delivery for this perishable product, guaranteed to arrive within 2 days of shipping. Specifically recommended for ALL INTERNATIONAL, East Coast, Mid West, and Hawaii residents. Rates begin at $18.00. Premixed paste is available only in the US and Puerto Rico due to delays in customs on international orders. International customers - order at your own risk.

Check your Delivery Address!
Please double check the address is correct when in the check out process. Sadly, each week we have several customers whose orders are shipped to old or inaccurate addresses. Please don't let this happen to you!

1. Changes may be made to your shipping address in your Paypal account at check out. If you can't make the changes in your account, please send an email request to info@hennacaravan.com. We can not guarantee your order will be re-routed, though we will try to accommodate you.
2. You will recieve an email invoice from Paypal showing the address the order is to be shipped to. Please double check the address.
3. You will recieve a confirmation email from Henna Caravan notifying you we have recieved your order and remind you to double check your shipping address.
4. When your package ships, you will recieve an automated notification of shipping with tracking information. Please check where your package is headed.

Unfortunately even with all these steps in place we still hear from customers that their order was shipped to an old address. Orders shipped to a bad address can not be re shipped until the first package is returned to Henna Caravan by the postal service. OR you are welcome to place a second order, when the first package is returned to us we will issue a refund. You are responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred to re ship your package.

We ship internationally!
Tracking is NOT available on international orders. Please order at your own risk, we have no way to guarantee or track the package.

International orders are shipped International Priority US Postal Service.
Shipping charges are generally between $11.00 and $15.00 for small International Priority. $15.00 -$31.00 for small and medium sized boxes. You will be billed for any additional international shipping charges after you place an order. International Priority usually arrives within 10 days. Delays due to customs can take several weeks and are not our responsibility.

Delivery Problem: lost, stolen or misaddressed
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If we are provided a bad address you are responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred to re ship your package.
Henna Caraavan will not ship a replacement until the first package is returned by the postal service.

Missing Package
Please notify us if your package has not arrived within 2 weeks. If the package is undeliverable it will be held at your local post office for 2 weeks and available for you to pick up in person. After this time it is returned. Missing order can not be re shipped until the first package is returned by the postal service.

Bad Address
Please double check that your address is correct. If we are provided with a bad address you are responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred to re ship your package.
Orders shipped to a bad address can not be re shipped until the first package is returned by the postal service.
