Payments & PoliciesPlease Check your Delivery Address! 1. Changes may be made to your shipping address in your Paypal account during check out. If you can't make the changes in your account, please send an email. This is the only way we can make sure your order is re-routed. Even if you send an email after your order is placed it does not guarantee your order will be successfully re-routed as we use an automated shipping system for our labels. Unfortunately even with all these steps in place we still hear from customers that their order was shipped to an old address. Orders shipped to a bad address can not be re shipped until the first package is returned to Henna Caravan by the postal service. You are responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred to re ship your package.
Shipping on Henna Paste - new options: We now offer priority delivery on premixed paste as an option to keep costs affordable for all customers. Henna Paste can only be guaranteed if shipped via Express Mail and/or arrives within 2 days. West Coast customers will usually recieve priority shipments in 2 days. Midwest, east coast, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico customers are strongly suggested to upgrade paste to express delivery. |
